Privacy Policy

Effective: May 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tedigo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.tedigo.com or use Tedigo's products. Each Tedigo product (Agency, Maestro, Console) also publishes its own privacy notice covering product-specific subprocessors and data flows; where they conflict, the product-specific notice controls for that product.

1. Who We Are

Tedigo is a US-based software-as-a-service provider of AI-powered productivity tools. For privacy questions, contact privacy@tedigo.net.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Account Information

Email, name, organization name, password (hashed), authentication credentials, and contact information you provide when you register or update your profile.

2.2. Customer Content

The content you create, upload, or transmit through the Services depending on which product you use. Examples include: chatbot training documents, projects and tasks, conversations, code, voice call recordings and transcripts, SMS messages, calendar bookings, and uploaded knowledge-base files.

2.3. Usage and Technical Data

IP address, browser and device information, session timestamps, feature usage, page views, error logs, and security event data. We use this data for security, troubleshooting, billing reconciliation, and aggregated analytics.

2.4. Communications Metadata

For Agency, we record call metadata (phone numbers involved, duration, timestamps, routing decisions) and SMS metadata regardless of whether call audio is retained. This metadata is necessary to operate the service and to investigate fraud, abuse, or carrier complaints.

2.5. Payment Data

Billing email, name, and payment method are held by our payment processor (Stripe). Tedigo never sees or stores your card data. Tedigo retains transaction-level records (amount, currency, date, plan) for accounting and tax purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; (b) authenticate your account; (c) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (d) generate aggregated and de-identified usage statistics; (e) provide customer support; (f) bill and collect payment; (g) send service announcements and material updates to these terms; and (h) comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your Customer Content to train Tedigo's own AI models. Where Tedigo uses third-party AI providers, those providers are configured with training-opt-out terms enabled by default, except where you explicitly direct otherwise.

Aggregated and de-identified data: Tedigo may compile aggregated, statistical, or de-identified data from your use of the Services and may use, retain, and publish such data indefinitely, including after termination, provided it does not identify you or any individual.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on the following categories of third-party providers. Each Tedigo product's privacy notice and subprocessor list reflects the specific subprocessors that touch that product's data:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share Customer Content with third parties except: (i) with subprocessors as listed above to provide the Services; (ii) when you direct us to (for example, an integration you authorize); (iii) to comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms; or (iv) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of substantially all of our assets, in which case we will provide notice and choices where required by law.

5. Data Security

We protect your information using TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls for our team, JWT-based authentication with revocation, audit logging on administrative actions, and infrastructure monitoring. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, and any device that holds an authenticated session. You must notify us promptly at security@tedigo.net of any suspected compromise.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion or termination, personal data is removed within 90 days unless legal requirements dictate longer retention. Voice call recordings and transcripts are retained per the documented retention setting on your account, defaulting to 12 months unless you configure otherwise. Financial and tax records are retained for seven (7) years. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable law (GDPR for EU residents, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA for California residents, and similar regimes), you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@tedigo.net from the email associated with your account. We respond within 30 days, or 45 days where permitted by law for complex requests. Where Tedigo processes Customer Content as a processor on a customer's behalf, we forward data-subject requests to that customer for handling.

8. Recording and Consent (Agency Voice)

If you use Agency's voice features, calls placed to or from your Tedigo-provisioned phone number may be recorded and transcribed. Tedigo provides standard pre-call disclosure prompts. You are responsible for compliance with two-party-consent recording laws, wiretap laws, telemarketing rules (including TCPA), and the adequacy of disclosure in the jurisdictions where your callers are located.

9. International Transfers

Tedigo's primary infrastructure is in the United States. For EU and UK customer data, cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where available, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification of the receiving subprocessor. EU residency for primary storage is available on request under a separate addendum.

10. Children

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@tedigo.net and we will delete it.

11. Cookies and Tracking

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management, and minimal first-party analytics for aggregate product usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. Where required by law, we display a cookie banner. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the Services may not function correctly without authentication cookies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. If you do not accept material changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.

13. Contact

For questions about this policy or to exercise your privacy rights, email privacy@tedigo.net. EU and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
